Your image is read locally, its metadata is parsed and stripped, and a clean
copy is rebuilt and handed straight to your device. That includes GPS
coordinates, camera and lens identifiers, serial numbers, timestamps,
software fingerprints, embedded thumbnails, PNG text chunks, XMP edit history,
IPTC / Photoshop metadata, and ICC color profiles — plus any unfamiliar or
vendor-specific fields a photo quietly carries about where it came from and
who took it.
Drop a folder and you get back a .zip with
the original structure preserved — every subfolder and file name exactly
where you left it, just with _scrubbed appended.
